Has anyone tried Lego Snacks?

Ok, ***WARNING*** this is where the foul language starts. Some mother's response to edible legos. Do NOT read if you are easily offended but I found it rather humorous.

Lil' Gabe is 3 and a half now and so it's very important that we always have a ready supply of fruit snacks. If we're out shopping or at the bank or whatever, fruit snacks have the ability to soothe the savage three year old. We like to let Gabe pick out his own fruit snacks and he usually will choose Spider-Man or maybe SpongeBob. However I came home recently and found these in the pantry.

I would love to know what sick bastard at Kellogs came up with this genius idea. I just spent the first three years of my sons life trying to get him not to eat blocks, and now you're telling him they taste like fucking strawberries. Thanks a lot assholes. Seriously, how in the hell did this ever get past their legal department. You can't tell me that this isn't a lawsuit just waiting to happen. I can only assume that their next product is fruit flavored thumbtacks.

I'm surprised Lego allowed use of their trademark on these. I'd have thought that, their being in the toy business, they'd understand how dangerous this is.

Any bets on how long it takes before they're hit by a well-deserved wrongful death lawsuit?

Nutritional analysis

I can just picture the Kellogg's R&D staff meeting:

"Hey, I got a great idea! let's see if we can hook up with some toy company that makes little, tiny toys that mothers and fathers are always trying to keep their toddlers from putting in their mouths, you know so they can cut down on trips to the emergency room? And then we'll make something to eat that looks exactly like it! And, to top it off we can insure it's totally devoid of nutrition!"

OK...I had to totally LOL at that lady...BUT

as a Mom of 2 small children (3 & 5), I don't think that they are really a big deal. I guess I should really recluse myself, since I don't feed my children any of those junky fruit snacks...no matter what shape they are. I also don't bring my children the grocery store...can't stand crying, whiney children when I am trying to do my shopping(mine or anyone elses!). If you have to shut your kid up by feeding them crappy, sugary snacks while you get your shopping done, then you really shouldn't be allowed to complain about the shape.

Also, my children play with Lego Quatros...which are the size of a fist...they do not have small legos. If your child is to young to play with small lego pieces, then they shouldn't be ingesting sugary garbage!
