RCP: Poulet à la Alain Ducasse - one of my favourite recipy!

Here comes one of my favourite recipy. As always easy and delicious............

Ingredients ( serves 2):
1 poulet/chicken 1,5 kg
100-120g butter
herbs (parsley, chives and chevil or other herbs)
zest of 1 organic lemon
salt, pepper
