These wine-tasting reports are formatted in a "shelf-hanger" design that wine merchants or collectors can print out for display. This service is free for use by wine shops and the public; we ask only that the Wine Lovers' Page name and URL be left intact, and that these reports be used with the specific wines rated, not different bottlings or vintages.
All my wine-tasting reports are consumer-oriented. In order to maintain objectivity and avoid conflicts of interest, I purchase all the wines I rate at my own expense in retail stores.
For a quick overview of wine-tasting procedures, consult my Online Wine Tasting Course. For a simple, plain-English dictionary of the wine-tasting words and phrases that I use in these notes and hundreds more wine-related words and phrases, including MP3 sound files so you can hear key wine terms, visit our Wine Lovers' Lexicon. And, for the most comprehensive guide to wine grapes on the Web, click to The Super Gigantic WWW Winegrape Glossary. Finally, some older tasting notes organized by country or region are still available in my Wine Value Archive.
