Adelsheim Vineyard 1995 Oregon Pinot Gris ($12.99) Pale greenish-gold color. Pleasant fruit-salad aroma, citrus and cantaloupe. Flavors consistent with the nose, crisp and very tart. Upholds the reputation of Oregon Pinot Gris as an excellent seafood wine, and also made a very nice match with an aged Spanich Manchego cheese. PRICE WATCH: Up THREE DOLLARS from the 1994, an unreasonable increase. (Aug. 3, 1997)
