Inky dark reddish-purple, with jammy blackberry fruit aromas and spicy oak, cloves and cinnamon. Big, full-bodied, "chewy," textured black fruit and snappy acidity. A real mouth full of red wine, showing a lot of character for its low-end price. U.S. importer: American Wine Distributors Inc., San Francisco. (July 21, 1999)
