Carmen Reserve 1996 Casablanca Valley (Chile) Sauvignon Blanc ($10.79)
Clear, pale brass color. Pleasant green-chile and green olive scents. Full, tart citrus flavor, fresh lemon-lime, cleansing and crisp in a long finish. Definitely a step up -- maybe two -- from Carmen's non-reserve Sauvignon Blanc. Importer: Brown-Forman Beverages Worldwide, Louisvillle. (June 17, 1997)
