Wine for singles
This week's Wine Lovers' Voting Booth topic about wine lovers'
relationships with our mates, partners or significant others
has generated a flurry of E-mail from single folks asking,
"Hey! What about us?"
This is a fair question. Most of us think of wine as a beverage

drink wine, what's a solitary wine lover to do?

few days, but they will help keep your wine fresh for at least
a night or two. To extend its useful life for a few more days,
put the leftover wine in the refrigerator.
- Learn to cook with wine. Use half a bottle in your dinner
(the alcohol will mostly cook off) and enjoy a glass or two of
- Invite friends over to share.
If you have useful suggestions for wine-loving singles, please
pass them on by E-mail to me at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we
get enough good ideas, I will summarize them in another
edition. And if you haven't yet participated in the Wine
Lovers' Voting Booth, please drop by
