Tasted in a Riedel Ouverture White stem.
11.5% alcohol.
Nose: Distinct mineral, honeyed grapefruit, tiny bits of orange rind and some chalk notes.
Taste: This is a pretty little sparkler, Very delicate flavors of white peach join the nose elements, all backed up by bracing acidity. Clean, brisk and invigorating...and dry as a 100 year old desert bone. Quite good. Especially @ $7 a bottle. 91/100
