Murray and Ric
Ric (hatless at right, with our mutual pal Murray Almond) with a bottle of something red and opaque for lunch on the village green in Lancefield, Victoria, in the Macedon Ranges above Melbourne. is delighted to provide an online showcase for the occasional writing of Ric Einstein, an Australian wine pal who calls himself "The Other Red Bigot."

No traditional bigot, though, Ric discriminates only against the wines he calls "C-through" - in order to pass muster with this Sydney-area gent, a wine must be red, and it must be opaque.
