I keep thinking benedictine is watercress, but it's made with cukes. Tough. The benedictine I'm having when I watch the derby will be watercress.

I hear it matches well with bourbon.

It will be good I'm sure, Barb, but it won't be Jenny Benedict's original. Gotta be cukes for the real authentic deal.
