2005 Zind-Humbrecht Gewurztraminer Hengst - France, Alsace, Alsace Grand Cru AOC (2/16/2014)Good Gewürztraminer aromatics, and plenty of pineapple fruit in this wine. Where it falls down is on the heavy, blocky palate. It is just too heavy, especially after the lovely aromas.
