That's interesting. I wonder if that's legal in the US?
I shop exclusivley online for things other than food, wine and Home Depot type items. 100% of clothes, shoes, books, electronics, kitchen items, Christmas gifts, etc. bought online and I see negative comments all the time about products on company owned web sites.

Is that good or bad? From what I can see this brand tends to be toward the bottom of the price range so I might not expect more than 5 years. Am I too lenient?
