Not sure, but if we can buy 10 of them for a buck, we'd better start thinking. One way I love to eat them is on buttered toast, just chunked enough to stick to the bread. If I have the time I like to brown the butter first....but mornings are busy so I almost never have time for that. I also halve one, sprinkle Maldon's coarse salt and a good balsamic over the top....that is breakfast too.
