2002 Domaine Robert Chevillon Nuits St. Georges Vieilles Vignes - France, Burgundy, Côte de Nuits, Nuits St. Georges (1/29/2013)This village wine is coming into its own. There's earthy, smoky elements that blend with still prominent fruit, and are framed by maturing, softening tannins. Quite easy to drink through at a rapid clip. I see no danger in holding this for quite a while longer, but certainly enjoyed drinking it now.

Thanks for the note David. Useful, as I just noticed I have the '01 version.
Regards,
Gregg
