Deeply colored black cherry. Initially, a very perfumed floral aroma with black fruits. This is one meaty wine: sturdy black fruits (mostly black raspberries and blackberries) meet a wall of tannin on the rugged finish, burly, meaty and sinewy. Needs a piece of bull-cow to really shine. With air, a little diaper poop ebbs and flows, and some olive paste shows up with even more extended airing. Good and holding. Upside? Quien sabe? A-
