Asif and Midbar winery are not a new subject on this forum, but this is my take on them and the killer white wines I enjoyed there. Before, we twist this thread into a discussion of kosher and supervision and whatever else you all can think of - please concentrate this thread to all things white and show the man and his vision the proper respect - my 2 cents
"I worked at a winery in Champagne to study and learn. I made the base for such a wine and G-d willing it will go for a second fermentation in the bottle at some point later this year. The amount of wine produced is essentially for learning purposes and experimentation. As anyways, a few adjustments will be required."
