What bubblies are you planning to uncork for New Years?

It's less than a month away now. The time flies by.

Ours is likely going to be either a 1999 Perrier Jouet Fleur de Champagne or a 1996 Bollinger Grand Annee. We shall see whether we are in the mood for sensual or ample... :)

Probably my home made Sparkling Cuveé - 2010 - 57% Cayuga; 43% Vidal; Brut.
Chico - Hey! This Bottle is empty!
Groucho - That's because it's dry Champagne.

No doubt a champagne from Mailly; I just don't know which one. I have several vintages and many non-vintage bottles.

We'll have something, but I likely won't figure out what until that day. Not likely to be anything ultra-special, as there's too much other stuff going on, and I hate to see a great wine wasted.
