2010 Flam Classico - Israel
Having tasted and smelled this wine on 3 occasions I felt it was time to share how well this wine is maturing. Better than the last we find; Blackberrie juice-ish drippings over soft tempered citrus peels, deep dried cranberries & subtle oak in the wayward distance. On the palate welcomes a good portion of herbal spice teamed with light earthy feelings and lingering soft tannins in a dark berry union. This moderately long finish is smooth with light minerals and blends with food very well @ 14% Alc & $32
