Lemon Pie
Hot Fudge Sundae
Quality chocolate bars (perhaps with sea salt crystals)

Hmmm... I shall return to the last one at some future date...

Home-made cake-y style chocolate chip cookies with 70% cocoa chips and walnuts
Mothers brand pink and white animal cookies
Butterhorn danishes from the German bakery in White Rock, BC
Chocolate-dipped fresh strawberries
Cinnamon twist donuts

Chocolate cake with vanilla cream cheese frosting
My mom's chocolate chip cookies
Pistachio ice cream
Dark chocolate (65% or so)
Absolutely deep dark chocolate chip cookies

coffee ice cream with dark chocolate bits (Starbucks or Dreyers)
Meringues or a Pavlova

Hmm, I don't have much of a sweet tooth, and my opinions, too, change on any given day.

But at the moment ...

Homemade chocolate-chip cookies
Ice cream from Louisville's Comfy Cow
Panna cotta
Really good New Orleans-style bourbon bread pudding
Mmmm, let me think ... Something stuffed in a pastry. Profiteroles, maybe, or a really good cannoli.

Dark, rich, moist chocolate cake with white icing
Warm blueberry pie with vanilla ice cream
Warm peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream
Todd English's white chocolate bread pudding with fresh raspberry sauce
Dark chocolate covered almonds with sea salt and turbinado sugar from TJs.

Christmas pudding with custard.
Chocolate custard.
A nice rich ice cream - can't tie down one particular flavour.
Greek yoghurt with passionfruit pulp stirred through it.
