Just watched a short video produced in the USA about kosher catering that had me guffawing aloud because of its errors. I suppose the goof that had me most heartily chuckling was the statement that the kashrut supervisor is known as the "Mashiach". Last I heard in both Hebrew and Aramaic a kashrut supervisor is a "mashgiach". The "g" (or gimmel if one prefers) is rather critical for kashrut supervisors are far from being the Messiah.
