Flam make terrific wines at all their price ranges and the only thing I'm sorry about is that they have to go through this expansive process, probably because they need the advantage in sales. i.e.: it's too bad that one of Israel's best wineries need to go kosher in order to sell their wines.
As for CdG - I think it is one of the best local wineries as well and I see no reason not to join their club/mailing list as well...
