right can somebody tell me if 12 bottles of jean&jean trapet gevrey chambertin 1er cru ..is worth much ..theres good levels on the neck etc :?:

Depends on storage, etc. Wine Searcher Pro shows one supplier in the US for Trapet Gevrey Chambertin 1996 at $27.99. Woodland Hills in California.

Sigel's in Texas appears to have the same wine at $45.99 a bottle.

Rick, I've had uniformly excellent results with '96 Burgundy. Your wine should be fairly dense, but not overpowering, and nicely balanced. Give one a try and let us know how it goes down.
