Ribs and Rosé

So I went to a Ribs and Rosé themed cookout yesterday, and I gotta say- I highly recommend it! Spicy, sweet ribs with a nice glass of Chiaretto...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Rosé and just about anything!

In addition to the usual suspects (Tavel, Cote du Provence, Bandol) I've come across a couple from Austria that were remarkable. One from Anton Bauer, a blend of zweigelt and syrah (and something else?) and Tegernseerhof, a straight rosé of zweigelt. Nice redcurrant and strawberry notes, crisp without being astringent.
