So, who's going to win the Hell's Kitchen series? Any odds on whether the winner will be offered a choice of the million-dollar restaurant or a year's tutelage under Chef Ramsey?

Larry, I'm not watching. I watched the first two episodes of last year's and Gordon's attitude was tiring, plus I could hardly believe that they'd actually entrust a restaurant to any of those yahoos. Is this year any better?

I agree. I think his program where he goes in to advise failing restaurants is much more interesting, though again his style can grate pretty quickly even in this format.

I've been watching this year and find it amazing that Ramsey ended up with 12-14 ( I forget how many started) fairly inept people. None of the contestants have the drive or talent that I saw on that PBS cook-off show (with Ming Tsai) or even compared to the designers on Fashion Runway.

Out of the sorry lot, I had picked K-Grease to win HK this season but he just didnt show any leadership skills and couldn't take criticism. Neither of the final two are even close to being ready to run a full kitchen, never mind a high profile kitchen. If he offers a years tutelage they should jump at the chance.

It's only show biz. Being a hick from the sticks, I watch the Three Stooges, too.
