1999 J. J. Prüm Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Spätlese (Mosel)
AP# 17 00 Imp: Boston Wine Co. 7.5%abv.
Not much change over the past 6 months. Lots of petrol and apple on the nose followed by clean slate and white fruit flavor with a bit of citrus. Just starting to develop some mid-palate creaminess and heft. The acidity is lacking but it’s really tasty. No rush to open these.

BTW Bill, have you come across Santa Duc, the Gigondas producer? Just trying their Rasteau for Open Mike, could not find the Vac. they were tasting. Delicious, the `00 vintage. Just have to drink more Rhone eh.
