Eugene, Hi....
Following are my most recent tasting notes for the two vintage years in question.
Best
Rogov
Chateau de Gairoird, Rose, Cotes de Provence, 2006 (Kosher Edition): A pleasant enough little rose, rose-petal pink towards orange in color, light on the palate with generous strawberry and raspberry fruits on a lightly spicy background and a light note of sweetness backed up by good acidity. Drink now-2008. Score 85. K (Tasted 6 May 2007)
Chateau de Gairoird, Rose, Cotes de Provence, 2005 (Kosher Edition): Almost strawberry colored in its youth, now turning a bit watery to the eye. Light, with a few berry, cherry fruits. Drink up. Score 82. K (Re-tasted 6 May 2007)
