Chateau Malmaison, Baronne Nadine de Rothschild, Moulis, 2002: Dark ruby towards garnet, medium-bodied with soft tannins integrating nicely and showing plum, wild berry and minty-chocolate. Moderately long. Drink now-2008. Score 87. (Tasted 6 Oct 2005)

Chateau Malmaison, Barone Nadine de Rothschild, Moulis, 2001 (Kosher Edition): Faulted only because it stands in the shadow of the truly excellent wine of 2000. Deep ruby red, medium- to full-bodied, with soft tannins and on the nose and palate wild berries, cassisanda hint of spices. A well made wine but lacking real depth or complexity. Best from 2006-2009. Score 87. K (Tasted 21 Jun 2004)
