The high Aussie count represents my early but continuing interest. Typically the (slightly) cooler regions.

Italy holds most interest and France will improve in time. There usually more (cheapish) aged German riesling in, but the source of cheap older bottles dried up!

About 75% Red and 25% white.
The white are mostly dry with a few sweet and even fewer sparkling.

The vast majority is Israeli, but there are a few French and California wines.

About 95% Australian. (Small number of Californian and South American bottles.)
80% red table wine. Of these, 85% are intended for long cellaring. The other 15% are "drink now" reds that pass through fairly quickly.
10% sparkling wines - mostly good sparkling reds and Champagnes
10% white wines including a small number of good rieslings being kept to gain some bottle age.

That's what's in the cellar. (Well, in the wine-rack filled dark cupboard in a quiet and little-visited corner of the house.)

Most whites, roses and sparkling wines don't even visit the cellar. You'll find them in the "other fridge" out in the laundry. (Comments about the adverse effects of refrigerators and their vibrations on wines occasionally worry me but to be honest none of this stuff sticks around long enough to cause concern.)

Not sure of exact percentages, but roughly in order ....Bordeaux, Vintage Port, Niagara, Piedmonte, Rhone, Tuscany, Portugal (other than Port), Burgundy....almost all red.

I currently have close to 200 wines in my cellar,but I have not done any 5 breakdown by country..I have mostly cabernet sauvignons,shirazes,bordeaux or toscana blends,and I think about 8-10 BAROLOS AND 4-5 Barbarescos 26 or -27 Brunello Di Montalcinos (24 of these from the 1999 vintage,and i hope all pure and not tainted by the recent scandals regarding some more recent vintages of Brunello). I have a scattering of some other types --some Malbecs from Argentina,a few various Merlots and Pinot Noirs from Divers Pays,a few Duoro and a few Priorats,I think just Rioja ,a few Pinotages from South Africa,some Meritages from Ontario,some Merlots...AND VARIOUSMISCELLANEOUS TYPES..THE bulk of my cellar are mostly Reds...I have a few Chardonnays and Rieslings in the cellar--maybe 8-10 whites in all..
I have about 20 Israeli wines there(mostly Kosher wines) and about a dozen e other Kosher wines from other countries..If I had to guess at the country beakdown of my cellar I'd say:
