Thai time

I'm going through my freezers nibbling at the foodstores I've stashed away like a squirrel. Last night I discovered half a sirloin. A quick rundown in my head about what ingredients I had on hand (which made a lot of screeching, grinding noises--I need some Focus Factor), I determined it was Thai time.
Menu:
Thai beef curry
Stir-fried chinese cabbage and veges
Basmati rice
Yum! The basmati rice is from Costco (it comes in a burlap bag) and it's really outstanding.
