Chef Massimo Capra ??

Anyone any comments on Massimo Capra?

Hotel I'm at in Niagara Falls has a restaurant "by Massimo Capra" - jolly looking chap with a walrus moustache and bald top.

I don't really know much about him (I think he had a Food Network Canada show, or at least appeared on one), but I ate at his Toronto retaurant, Mistura, during Summerlicious, and was pleased with the food. I had the Pappardelle with Duck Ragu, Roasted Pork Capicollo with White Polenta, and Peach Cobbler.
