I believe Jenise has invited the entire forum to watch the fireworks over the Canada Day-Independence Day weekend. Just bring your favorite cases of wine and ..... :P

Look, Cynthia, I get first dibs on vacancies in the neighborhood. This is not open for disussion...(But getting Gary to the NW from S. Florida may prove a bit problematic...)

Typically we have tenderloin cooked a la Chef Louis Szathmary. No reason to change other than impending boredom.
Cheers!

We will be eating rib roast, twice baked potatoes, gean bean casserole, mushrooms, and lots of my s-i-l's homemade rolls. It will all be washed down with some fine brdx. or other nice red I have not worried about. Sauternes for desert. I don't know what everyone else is having.
