Are you a vegetarian? I don't think I picked up on that from your previous posts. The homemade tater tots sound interesting!


Not really vegetarian but tending greatly that way since about last October. Saw the movie "Forks Over Knives" which lead to "The China "Study" yada, yada. Pretty much made me a believer but I'm still eating a bit of meat. Mostly as flavoring in soups, stews, chili, etc. Probably don't eat more than 6-8 oz. a month.

But, all I can think of lately is a braised lamb shank with white beans and rosemary. Gonna be on the menu soon!

And I have no intention of giving up cheese and eggs.
