I've simply always called it organ meat. But I do believer this is taking it a step too far!

OK, I'm not an expert on pig anatomy but do you really need to specify that the pork rectums are boneless?

Have to say, though, that this guy must teach a hell of a math class.

Surely they wash them, invert them and wash them again.
I had intestines (sort of on a dare) a couple of times at a grill restaurant in Japan. Chewy, sort of like overcooked squid.
I didn't bother with the math.

I dunno. Not nearly as gross as grabbing a goose by the neck and stuffing a hose down his/her throat several times a day.
I do like foie gras.
