I'll have to ask Dad what all he made/is making this year. He usually has several carboys of wine going, plus mead.
I will be bottling my first batch of cherry wine this weekend. It's a tad sweeter than I would have liked, but still pretty darn good.
How did you fare in the snowstorm last night, Paul? It's brilliantly sunny with cobalt skies and a high of 70F here.
