A non-chocoholic has a bit of a revelation

I wasn't aware of who made it, but did a quick web search and came up with the illustration at right.
Well, this chocolate I can actually enjoy: it has a pure-note cocoa flavour and is delightfully bitter ... but best of all, it is virtually lacking in sweetness. This is truly excellent, and a far cry from all the stuff out there that's loaded with sugar and artificial vanillin - blech.
I can see myself having a piece or two of this kind of cocoa with a good coffee. A revelation for a non-chococolic!
And for anyone out there who's interested, this site seems to rate different chocolates by country and producer, with something akin to tasting notes on their samples. I am most interested by how the French examples clearly rank highly.
