Spur of the moment dessert

I frequently make dishes from whatever's lying around. I threw together this dessert last night at the last minute:

On each arranged dessert plate, a ripe half of a pear with some bleu cheese, a couple of dried hibiscus flowers from Trader Joe's, and a little mound of candied ginger. Sounds weird, but it was an attractive trio of items, and they tasted good.
