I'm baaaack! Fresh from a self-imposed exile, Larry Greenly has decided to dip his toe in the new, friendlier forum. This is a result of countless requests from FLDG members--even Bucko. (I'm dabbing the corner of my eye with a Kleenix.)

I am glad to see you back too Larry, Heck, no one has spoken about greasy state fair food on a stick or roasting ears of corn, or chilies or good stuff like that since you have been gone. :-)

 And that might be because he was gone during the winter months? Not that I'm not ready to talk about corn any time....

Hey, Bob, you misread me! Corn is one of my favorite foods on the planet, and I'm ready to talk about it any time!!!

Did you know that in New Mexico, the street corner stands selling hot roasted ears offer things like powdered green chile in addition to salt? Cool, no?

Nope..... it's hot... if you're lucky!

I carry a little container of hot red chile powder around just for times like this.

Thanks for the welcome, Bob. I used to read the old WLDG but never had time to post. I'm trying to slow my life down a little and make room for more fun!
