Did I miss a Top Chef?

Our DVR did not record an episode last Wednesday, the 4th. Was there not a new one on?

I think it was a special reunion cookoff show with folks from past seasons. My DVR didn't record it either. :( But Bravo repeats the episodes frequently enough we should still be able to catch it soon.

Wierd. Yes it was a reunion show, hosted by Fabio, and my DVR *did* record it. I watched it Thursday morning.

Say, maybe this begs a poll question: What Top Chef contestant would you most like to sleep with?

I completely cracked up when I read this, Jenise.
Not that I would ever do that kind of thing outside my marriage, but.....HAROLD.

I wonder how many times you're going to have to tell the guys, "Padma is NOT a contestant!"
Hello. My name is Carrie, and I...I....still like oaked Chardonnay. (I feel so much better now.)

Carrie, I didn't see the season Harold was in so I have no sense of him as a person. Seems quite thoughtful though, in a good way. Of the seasons I have watched, though, I don't think I've given any thought to anyone's attractiveness until Fabio came along last year. He's so playful and bubbly, I like that. And I'm a sucker for an accent.

Late to this, but I loved Sam, who should have won the season, but lost to...elan? Was that his name?

Love Fabio...and EVEN found a soft spot eventually for Stefan--by the end of the season and on the reunion, he had some sweet sentiments...

Yes, Ilan. Who had decent chops but had never distinguished himself so much as he outlasted the others who took larger risks. Sam is exec cheffing at some retreat/spa in New England. Not that I follow such things, but a friend who didn't know him from Adam recently sent something of an internet brochure to some girlfriends saying why don't we go hole up at a spot like this for a week. Not interested, but I dutifully looked through it and lo and behold there was Sam. I had to check his last name against the Top Chef records to be sure it was indeed him because they didn't stoop to the "...of Top Chef fame" kind of resume. IOW, I know where you can find him.... :)

Speaking of the reunion show, though, I was most amused by Marcel who sat there grousing about how unfair it is that everyone thinks he's such a--did he use the word 'butthole'?--while he was being, in fact, a pretty thorough butthole.
