New book on the demise of the railway dining car.

I recall having great breakfasts on the early morning Manchester Pullman in the 80s, but Pullman cars no longer exist.
If you have read railway stories by Conan Doyle or Dickens or Agatha Christie or Graham Greene ( Travels with My Aunt ) or Harry Walton ( Swamp Train ) that reflect chance meetings on trains, or even seen Brief Encounter, this book would be of interest.
