to make them soft or not to make them soft. That was the argument my wife and I had the other day. I said soft and of course she said hard. I said it is because whoever made them for her did not know how to make them. The we went onto trying to figure out the true origin of the recipe to no avail (is it a right word). Anyway, Rogov, if anybody could decide this argument it is you, please help. I believe that there are all kind of variations on any recipe, but there must be an original intent when the recipe was first made. Am I wrong?
