For the Good Life

Writing in the Chronicle of Higher Education, Professor Richard Klein proposes that governments pay less attention to warnings about smoking, calories, cholesterol and pay more attention to promoting an intelligent lifestyle that includes fine wine, excellent dining and, following in the footsteps of Socrates, even dancing in the mornings.

Written not-at-all in the stiff, formal academic style, an article well worth reading. And perhaps showing to those who are constantly warning us of how doomsday awaits at our next bite of foie gras or our next sip of Chateau d'Yquem.
