An article in today's online English language version of HaAretz about a movement to cut back on 15% of the meat we eat - another step towards saving the planet. Let it be known loudly and clearly that I too see a definite place in my life for vegetables and grains - and that place is alongisde my steak, roast, chops or cutlets. True, I do not eat meat on a daily basis, but that by chance and never because I am concerned that giving up my next Porterhouse or T-bone steak is going to save either the planet or anyone on it.
