Came back yesterday morning from a great trip in Piemonte and Tuscany.
Davide Palluda www.davidepalluda.it did it again, the best food on our trip. According to the people we spoke with, Al Enoteca will, within 2-5 years, be among the best restaurant in not only Piemonte but all of Italy. Davide is already said to be to most important young cook in Piemonte. Mark my words
Great person too, very nice and charming.
After the lunch Davide invited us to his "factory" ,two people working there
to taste his products, great stuff.If you ever go to Piemonte make sure to vist Ristorante Al Enoteca in Canale.
