Posted: Mon Apr 24, 2006 6:37 pmI didn't know that a metallic character to a wine's finish was a sign of Brett. I always associated Brett with the other end of the tasting experience--the wine's aroma (Brett being responsible for the uncooked bacon/sweaty saddle/wet dog/dung sorts of nuances).
