WTN: Yellow NV sparkling wine

From Yellowglen winery, Ballarat in Victora, Australia.

Though the winery is located in Ballarat, I learned from further reading that their base wines are sourced from all over Australia.

Very good mousse, with a steady stream of bubbles from the first to the last sip.

Light yellow color.

Citrus and nuuty nose.

Crisp, apples, pear, lemons, slightly creamy, nutty, a hint of yeast-doughiness with a crisp finish.

Quite refreshing.

A very good deal at $11.95 Canadian.
