From Casa Agricola Roboredo Madeira or CARM. Very dark and still young looking. Deep berry nose with some chocolate emerging after an hour's airing. Also slight VA. Medium-bodied. Juicy. Cherry. Dry. Generally soft but still tannic in the finish. A good wine drinking well now. 70% Touriga Nacional, 20% Touriga Franca 10% Tinto Roriz.

My fave winestore here in Edmonton is stocking up on quite a few Carm products. I have just purchased the `02 Quinta da Urze, Tinta Roriz.

Jay, just came back from a downtown tasting of Carm, amongst others. Interesting 3 x`02 wines...>

Carm Tinto Roriz.
Carm Tinto Franca.
Carm Tinta Nacional.

I will be posting notes asap but the Franca was WOTN for me. Stay tuned!
