From Jumilla. A blend of Monastrell (Mourvèdre) and Syrah.

Black in the glass.

Sweet blueberry and blackberry fruit, tangy acidity, black licorice, chocolate, spicy and peppery. Very rich and full in the mouth, almost creamy. The only downside is the heat on the finish.

A long, rich finish of spicy black fruit.

Good QPR, despite the heat, at $10.95 Canadian.
