2011 Chester's Anvil Malbec - USA, California, Napa Valley, Mt. Veeder (8/31/2014)
If I were to describe this wine in one word it would be juicy. There is so much fruit here it's frankly shocking. What's even more interesting is how the wine really balances all that fruit with more savory elements and just enough back end structure to keep it from toppling over on itself. This is fun wine.
