WTN: Lustau Moscatel Emilin NV...(short/boring)

Tried this last night:
1. Lustau Moscatel Emilin Sherry SoleraReserva (17%; www.Emilio-Lustau; L0245) Jerez de la Fronterra/Spain NV: Med.dark brown/mahogany color; intense raisened/PX-like/pruney light muscatty quite complex/perfumed nose; somewhat sweet slight metallic/tangy strong raisened/pruney/PX-like light muscatty/floral slight earthy/chalky complex flavor; very long/lingering tangy slightly sweet raisened/pruney light muscatty complex finish; more towards a Malmsey Madeira or a light PX than a PX or Oloroso; not as sweet as PX annd it lets the complexiity show thru more; a lovely Sherry and very well-priced at $30.00 (SFW&S)

A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. You don't see many Moscatel sherries, so I was inspired to try this when I saw it on the shelf. Mostly, Spanish Muscatels are made from the lesser Muscat d'Alexandria. It resembles some the Oz old Muscats in complexity, but not a soft and ponderous as some of those can be.
