WTN: Marechale Plan

2010 Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier Nuits St. Georges 1er Cru Clos de la Maréchale Blanc - France, Burgundy, Côte de Nuits, Nuits St. Georges 1er Cru (3/16/2014)
Plenty of ripe fruit on the nose, but it lacks palate presence. I keep tasting the wine, and I keep expecting there to be more. It is certainly elegant, but where is the depth? Maybe I had a poor bottle, but between last night and today I cannot find much to recommend this considering its price tag.

God, I love your titles. But fully expected to open up to a Marechal Foch--nice surprise to the contrary.
My wine shopping and I have never had a problem. Just a perpetual race between the bankruptcy court and Hell.--Rogov
